The committee is responsible for agreeing the school's annual budget, for monitoring forward financial planning, and for the site and buildings, including health and safety matters, and staffing. It is there to ensure that all of the school's money is spent wisely and effectively, in the best interests of our pupils.

To provide challenge and support for the Head and to assist in setting school development priorities and monitoring SDP progress. To ensure accountability for all aspects of the school's work. To oversee the pay review process and monitor performance management.
