I have been so proud of Sarai this year. She has made so much progress especially in her reading. Sarai started the year in a phonics group and is now in a literacy group and is working hard on developing her writing. Sarai has really been applying herself to her learning. She has been gaining so much confidence and persevering when things are tricky. Sarai is an excellent role model to others, she’s a lovely friend and is always ready to learn. Well done Sarai, I am so proud of you!

Juniper Class – Year 3 Miss Mannion

I am so proud of the progress that Axl has made this year. He has really improved in all aspects of his learning, particularly in reading and writing. He is a joy to have in Juniper class. He always tries his best and is eager to improve. In addition to this he is polite, caring and an excellent role model to his peers. Well done Axl, keep up the hard work!

Hazel Class – Year 3 Miss Keane

I have been really proud of Ayaan recently, especially with his reading. We had been writing radio interviews and he was able to alter his voice to impersonate UG (The Stone Age Boy). Reading fluency is an area that Ayaan struggled with but it is so clear to see that he has worked hard and improved his skills. Well done Ayaan.

Alder Class – Year 4 Miss Williams

I am Proud of his commitment to learning. Finley doesn’t always find learning easy but he perseveres showing great commitment to his learning and should be proud of himself.

Aspen class – Year 4 Miss Grant

Maple Class – Year 5 – Mrs Unit

Lucas has been putting a lot more effort into his learning over the last few weeks. He has shown perseverance, which has enhanced the quality of his work. He is now staying on task a little longer, which is also pleasing to see. Lucas has the most amazing manners and is a pleasure to have in our class. Lucas, you make me proud! Keep it up.

Hawthorns Class - Year 5 – Mr Dallow

Korey’s effort and application over the past few weeks has made both myself and Miss Stephens really proud. We cannot believe the attitude and determination he has shown in his subjects. In Guided Reading, Korey is now confident in working independently and has really improved his reading. In Maths, Korey is able to listen to the teaching, have a bit of guidance and then work through sheets independently which has amazed us. You should be really proud of how far you have come Korey.

Beech class – Year 6 Mr Hales

She is a delightful young lady and it is an absolute pleasure to see her every day. I am so proud of Evie recently. She has made such an incredible improvement with her attendance and what a flourish of excellence we have subsequently seen in her work. She is producing real quality and this can also be seen in her recent tests. Keep up the exceptional work, Evie.

Birch Class – Year 6 Mrs Webb

Lexi is a wonderful girl and it has been great to see how much she has grown in maturity this year. She is a pleasure to teach as she always tries hard and perseveres even when she finds her learning tricky. This has resulted in her work improving dramatically: I am extremely proud of the progress that she has made this year. Lexi has also started making a much better effort with her work at home as well as at school, contributing to her success. Keep up the good work Lexi: you should be very proud of yourself.

Yew – Year 6 Mrs Jackson Mr Kelly Mr Rowe

Faith takes pride in the work that she produces on a daily basis. She has started to read more at home and has achieved her green bookmark. She presents her work well and it is always neat and tidy. Faith works hard in lessons and strives to answer questions to the best of her ability. In her recent tests, she achieved greater depth in two different papers and ARE in the other. Keep up the good work Faith. We are all very proud of you.
