Jigsaw - PSHE

We follow the Jigsaw PSHE scheme of work.

The scheme of work has a strong emphasis on emotional literacy, building resilience and nurturing mental and physical health. Our Jigsaw lessons also include mindfulness allowing children to advance their emotional awareness, concentration and focus.

We have a weekly Jigsaw lesson, during these lessons we cover:

- Dreams and goals

- Healthy me

- Relationships

- Changing me
