Lilliana is an absolute superstar; she is committed to all areas of her learning and works extremely hard. I have been particularly impressed with Lilliana’s writing this half term, she is working hard to develop her writing style and uses excellent vocabulary and has mastered using inverted commas for speech. I love reading Lilliana’s writing. Lilliana is a model pupil always ready to learn and setting an excellent example to others. Lilliana always completes her homework and reading at home and is already on her purple bookmark which shows fantastic commitment! Keep up the amazing work!

Oakley has shown fantastic commitment towards all aspects of his learning. He listens attentively in class and always follows instructions. He is committed to being the first student in my class to complete the 99 club and he is already on 66 club! Oakley is a brilliant student, and it is a pleasure to have him in my class.

Alder Class – Year 4 Miss Keane

Grace

Grace has shown great commitment towards all aspects of her learning in Year 4. Her writing has massively improved and I know this is because of the time and effort Grace puts in during lessons to make sure that she is achieving. I know Grace has all been commited to learning her spellings at home and this is evident in her scores. I love that Grace never gives up at the first hurdle and believes that she can achieve if she is committed to it. Keep it up Grace. We are so proud of you.

Aspen class – Year 4 Miss Grant

Rogan always give 100% to everything he does.  He listens carefully to instructions and applies what he has taught in every lesson.  He also works hard at home to learn his times tables, which is why he scores 25/25 on his soundchecks every time and he is now on 99 in the 99 club!

Starting a new school is always tough, but Sidharth has taken it all in his stride. He has shown 100% commitment in everything he does. I am especially proud of him in maths as he has persevered with his column addition and subtraction, and this has now started to pay off. Well done, Sidharth! You are a polite and well-mannered boy who Maples are very thankful for!

He will not shy away from these tasks nor will he give up. He is constantly committed to improving his skills and is a great example to others. Well done Brayden

Birch Class – Year 6 Mrs Webb

Kyle

Kyle has had a brilliant year so far. I have particularly chosen him today for the commitment he has shown to improving his handwriting and presentation.  Handwriting has always been something that Kyle has struggled with, but he has worked extremely hard over the last couple of months to make it the best it can possibly be. The progress he has made is phenomenal.  He has listened to advice; taken his time with his work and has even given up his own time at lunchtimes to practise. (This was his idea!) Kyle always listens well in class, and it is wonderful that his books now reflect his knowledge.  Keep up the good work Kyle!
