Charlie always completes his job as a peacemaker and I know that he so fit to complete this role with his kind and positive attitude towards others. He is a great role model. Keep it up Charlie.

She is also extremely very supportive in the classroom as she will help individuals if they are stuck. Having Ghazl in the classroom has really helped to make the Hawthorns an inclusive environment.

Beech class – Year 6 Mr Hales

Ereshwa

What an amazing young lady Ereshwa is! As well as being a dedicated worker, if I think about what else Ereswha takes part of in, in school it astounds me. She is a prefect; she helps out with jobs for Mr T at lunch (onerous); she is a lunchtime peacemaker and she is a girl power leader where she will encourage younger children with friendships and getting active. Ereshwa takes all of this in her stride, with a smile on her face. She epitomises Yorkswood’s values perfectly and I am so proud of her. Ereshwa, you are a superstar.

Birch Class – Year 6 Mrs Webb

Taliah

Taliah is a wonderful girl and inclusivity comes naturally to her. She is the child in the class, who I can ask to work with anybody and there will not be a problem. She will spot when others might be on their own and will ensure that she does what she can to help. During this term, she has particularly been a wonderful friend to somebody who has been struggling and I know that this person has really benefitted from her support. It is a privilege to know Taliah and I am proud to have her as a member of my class. Keep being you, Taliah; you are wonderful.
